Conferencing & Events
We are pleased to offer modern conference/training/meeting facilities at competitive prices.
We offer a large conference/ training room called SilverMist that can accommodate up to forty people conference style, and twenty boardroom style.

This room can also be converted into two smaller rooms, Silver and Mist, each able to accommodate up to twenty people conference style, twelve boardroom style.

We have made every effort to ensure that our facilities are fully accessible to ALL Disabled People.
Training Room Opening Times
Monday to Thursday, 9.00am – 4.30pm
Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm subject to request.
Refreshments and Catering
Tea, coffee and chilled water is complimentary with bookings. A list of recommended caterers can be provided on request.
Room Fees
SilverMist Full day £150, half day £80
Silver or Mist Full day £80, half day £50
Discounts Available
Affiliated and voluntary organisations are entitled to a 25% discount
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged to those wishing to cancel their booking without five working days prior notice.
- 50% if less than 5 working days notice
- 100% if less than 2 working days notice
Services & Equipments
All equipment is available, subject to request at the time of booking. Use of some equipment will incur an additional fee.
- We have a portable hearing loop is available free of charge, please contact us in advance if you require this facility
- Flip charts are available free of charge
- TV, Video/DVD & Laptop £30 charge for whole day, £15 for a half day session
- Overhead projector - £5 per session
- Photocopying is charged at 3p per black & white A4 sheet, 5p per colour A4 sheet.
