Are you an exceptional communicator who could enable disabled volunteers to get involved in their local communities and support other disabled people to achieve their goals?

Following the huge success of one of our key projects, the Independent Visitors Scheme (IVS) we are looking for someone to expand our work into different areas across Essex, including Colchester and Harlow. You will work with a range of disabled people to support them to become volunteers and help others achieve the goals they have set.

You will be a natural people person and enjoy getting out and about to meet people from all walks of life. You’ll also be used to managing an interesting and busy workload and have access to a car. A personal commitment to equality and diversity is essential.

Salary is c £18,438.84 + pension (£12,458.68 - 25 hours per week)
