It is my understanding that Individual Budgets are being offered in Cambridgeshire and Essex. Does anyone have any views on how these are being implemented in the light of some recent negative media reports? There is a danger that the positive aspects of this scheme maybe ignored. Does anyone have any comments negative or positive?
