With the 2012 Paralympics fast approaching this is a great time to become involved in sport. Sport is a great way to meet new people, try something new and improve skills that are used in every day life. If you are unsure what sport is for you, then why not try a few. The Essex Disability Sport Academy is a network of Sport Clubs, which can provide athletes with high quality coaching and competitive opportunities.

Whether you are an individual looking to try a sport for the first time, someone who knows someone that could benefit from participating in sport, an athlete aiming to reach London 2012 or just would like to find out more then why not come along to these FREE events.
