Disability and the high street: new survey underway
Retail Consultant 'Really Useful Stuff' is undertaking a new survey to apply the disability lens to the UK high street
The legal requirment for service providers to meet the needs of disabled customers is approching its 15th anniversary. So, is the UK high street a shining example of accessibility? Really Useful Stuff's survey will compile the opinions of disabled people to determine how the high street is performing, but in order to make a difference they need you to contribute your experience.
The survey will be kept open until mid October before the reults are used to create a report 'to drive further improvements in inclusive customer service'
