ecdp lead the way in delivering personal health budgets
ecdp is delivering two pilot projects to people living in Essex and Hertfordshire with Continuing Healthcare Needs, invited by NHS to consider having a personal health budget.
The work is being delivered in partnership with the Eastern Region NHS Commissioning Support Unit and local Clinical Commissioning Groups. It is driven by a steering group Chaired by ecdp. Our aim through the pilots and our partnership with referred customers is to develop a detailed understanding of personal health budget customer needs and to deliver a seamless response to this need.
Linked to our personal health budget pilot work, ecdp is also facilitating Personal Health Budget Peer Development Groups in Essex and Hertfordshire. The Peer Development Groups are designed to ensure people who want to access personal health budgets get the help and support they need to make this happen.
