In January 2014, ecdp had a chat with Mark McCusker, Chair of The British Assistive Technology Association and CEO of Texthelp Ltd.
We asked Mark about supporting people with dyslexia in the workplace, we came up with our top ten questions and answers which we shared on Twitter as part of our 'Dyslexia a hidden disability' campaign.
Texthelp Ltd is the worldwide leader of literacy software solutions, developing innovative, assistive software to support individuals with reading, writing and research skills in education, the workplace and at home. ecdp Works is run in a partnership between ecdp and the private sector group MITIE with funding from JobCentre Plus. ecdp Works gives disabled individuals the opportunity to participate in an eight week work placement where they receive the training, experience and skills needed to secure paid employment.
