At the beginning of each cycle of our ecdp Works programme, we have one week of employability training. Throughout this training week we offer top tips and guidance to our participants to equip them for their six week work experience placement.
The morning of day on is dedicated to getting to know each other, and understanding the outline of the ecdp Works programme. Our Project Manager, Rachel (pictured) encourages participants to share their experiences and begin conversations. We also have a information session all about networking, delivered by professional coach and mentor Dennis Preston.
We welcome guest trainees from Mitie on day two.The morning session focuses on energy and resilence, and in the afternoon we look at communications skills and how to practice communicating well.
