National Paralympic Day
Watch and cheer on ParalympicsGB stars as they take on the world in the Copper Box Arena and the London Aquatics Centre, where ParalympicsGB swimmers won 39 medals at London 2012. Here you will be able to enjoy the very best of international competition in Boccia, Goalball, Swimming and Wheelchair Basketball, with tickets for these sessions just £5 per person.
Free in the Park, everyone can try out Paralympic sports and attend Q&A and autograph sessions with Paralympic medallists.
The Liberty Festival presents an exciting programme of Deaf and disability arts including street theatre, dance, live music, film, installations and children’s activities. Prepare to be amazed!

Disability Essex provided advice, support and a place to socialise for disabled people, their families and carers since 1949 but has closed due to financial difficulties.
