On Thursday 28 August 2014, ecdp Works featured as the lead story during the James Whale show on BBC Essex radio.
Lesley and Lewis, two ecdp Works participants, spoke about their journey towards employment on the work experience programme.
Tim O'Connor, Partner at Scrutton Bland and Ian Drysdale, HR Director at Essex Police, also appeared on the show, discussing the business benefits of employing disabled people, and why their organisations are working in partnership with ecdp to deliver ecdp Works.

Disability Essex provided advice, support and a place to socialise for disabled people, their families and carers since 1949 but has closed due to financial difficulties.
