Mencap launches new campaign called 'Hear my voice'
In the run up to the 2015 General Election, Mencap want the voices of people with a learning disability and their families to be heard. That’s why in May this year Mencap launched the Hear my voice campaign.
On 08 September Mencap launched a new website to connect people with a learning disability and their families with their local MP and candidates.
Through the website you can connect with your local candidates by sharing your stories and asking candidates ‘Are you listening?’
In May 2015 we decide who will run the country for the next 5 years.

Thursday 07 July 2016 is THE BIG HEALTH DAY from 10am to 3pm.
Disability Essex provided advice, support and a place to socialise for disabled people, their families and carers since 1949 but has closed due to financial difficulties.
