Important information for payroll clients

Due to the closure of ecdp offices between Christmas and New Year the following deadlines will apply.

Weekly paid payroll clients

The following deadlines will apply for payments due on 19 December 2014:

  • All weekly paid timesheets for week ending 12 December need to be with ecdp by Wednesday 10 December 2014
  • All weekly paid timesheets for week ending 19 December need to be with ecdp by Wednesday 10 December 2014

Payroll clients in Thurrock and Cambridge

All timesheets for clients in Thurrock and Cambridge need to be with ecdp by Friday 12 December 2014.

These will be paid on 24 December 2014.

4 weekly paid payroll clients in Essex

All timesheets for clients in Essex who are paid 4 weekly need to be with ecdp by Wednesday 17 December.

These will be paid on 02 January 2015.

Payroll clients in Oxford

All timesheets for clients in Oxford who are on week 3 or 4 cycles, need to be with ecdp by Friday 12 December 2014.

These will be paid on 19 December 2014.

All timesheets for clients in Oxford who are on a week 1 cycle need to be with ecdp by Wednesday 17 December 2014.

These will be paid on 02 January 2015.

Please send your timesheets to ecdp via email at paypass@ecdp.org.uk.

In order to meet these payment dates your timesheets must reach ecdp by the above deadlines. Hours may need to be estimated for certain staff during this period and any adjustments will be made on the next due payment date.

Failure to submit your timesheets by the appropriate deadline may result in non payment.
