Don't spend Christmas alone

At this time of year it's easy to over indulge on everything from food to gifts. However, we need to remember the true meaning of Christmas, friendship, generosity and good wishes to all.

Here at ecdp we want to make sure that no-one is lonely this Christmas and have found out what's going on in Essex for those who risk spending it on their own. Remember a small gesture, card or phone call can make all the difference.

Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
