Southend DP Support Referrals ONLY

If you would like to make a referral for a Direct Payment, either for yourself or on someone’s behalf, please complete our referral form. If you are making a referral for the first time you will be required to register.

Please note this is currently only available to residents living under Southend Borough Council. We hope to soon extend our online referral service to individuals interested in Direct Payments living in Essex and Cambridgeshire.
